coco butters a cream but its actuay not the best thing to use and its a conditioner for mature reads only

jojoba or aloes berter

will that be ok to put in the rinse instead of the coco butter, as my dreads are n 13 months old.

try aloe (straight from the plant..or sold s a drink with no other ingredients at all)

use jojoba only when aloes not striong enough

So, does this mean that it's okay to skip the ACV, like, once? I want to wash with the baking soda today to wash out some residue I feel, but I don't want to use the ACV.

baking soda is alkaline around a 10 i believe

for proper hair and scalp healt the ph has to be brought back intoi the rigt range

exceptions to this are:

oily hairs usualy lil too acidic 4.8ish

to get oily hair to not be oily anymore u ca nudge it into range bu-y skipping the acv A FEW TIMES not permenantly only a few washes or so till youir les oily

then resume using it

if you dont use it for a long period yiur scalp will get dry and itchy

your hair weak and brittle

you might evcen get si=ores on the scalp
