try aloe (straight from the plant..or sold s a drink with no other ingredients at all)
use jojoba only when aloes not striong enough
So, does this mean that it's okay to skip the ACV, like, once? I want to wash with the baking soda today to wash out some residue I feel, but I don't want to use the ACV.
soaring eagle said:you should! acv restores a healthy ph bam]=llence
hairs a 5.0-5.5 which is slightly acidic (7 being nutral)
baking soda is alkaline around a 10 i believe
for proper hair and scalp healt the ph has to be brought back intoi the rigt range
exceptions to this are:
oily hairs usualy lil too acidic 4.8ish
to get oily hair to not be oily anymore u ca nudge it into range bu-y skipping the acv A FEW TIMES not permenantly only a few washes or so till youir les oily
then resume using it
if you dont use it for a long period yiur scalp will get dry and itchy
your hair weak and brittle
you might evcen get si=ores on the scalp
