NO you do not have to. i havent done an acv rinse in MONTHS, probly like 8. but try it with and then without and just get a feel for what your scalp n hair needs when you go to wash. i never hjave the same recepie when i wash, itll vary with waht i feel i need.

you should! acv restores a healthy ph bam]=llence

hairs a 5.0-5.5 which is slightly acidic (7 being nutral)

baking soda is alkaline around a 10 i believe

for proper hair and scalp healt the ph has to be brought back intoi the rigt range

exceptions to this are:

oily hairs usualy lil too acidic 4.8ish

to get oily hair to not be oily anymore u ca nudge it into range bu-y skipping the acv A FEW TIMES not permenantly only a few washes or so till youir les oily

then resume using it

if you dont use it for a long period yiur scalp will get dry and itchy

your hair weak and brittle

you might evcen get si=ores on the scalp

yeah that prolly explains the dryness on my scalp, but the rosemary keeps it from itching each week...and my hair is oily, but thats probly because i used to wash with hot water. now that i use cold water to wash and rinse the hair its not so bad. i just dont feel the need for it.
