In tribute

My Grandma passed away a few hours ago, her last dying wish (she had a sense of humor) was for me to get a hair cut, she didnt like my dreads but was accepting. she was just an old school english lady.

In tribute i cut off one of my favorite ones.

id like to know if there is any way to perserve it and make it solid so it will never unravel

That's really sweet. My grandmothers dying wish was for me to learn to dance. She always loved to herself. So my girlfriend and I am learning to swing dance for our wedding dance.

My girlfriend kept her locks in an envelope for years. They never unraveled. You shouldn't have to worry about that. It's just a matter of choice where you want to keep it

I'm so sorry to hear about your Grandma. I really like your tribute to her,that isa good way to remember her and respecting her wish.
