my dreads are breaking off in the back and my what should i do
wghat have you been doing? stop that
typical causes twisting (if at roots) interlocking crocheting..felting ..other possibilities exreme palm rolling very bad dryness abuse like being stepped on alot (my prob)
hmm it says u only wash and oil thats it?
lets see pics wheres it breaking at ehat oil u use what type hair
id let them congo for strength
but if all u do is wash i dont see a cause ..
unless u bleached or permed?
saw u asked in chat too still need details on what u did that caused it im guessing twisting right?
ok since you your not responding for some reason (getting used to new site i understand)
illl make a few assumptions you il your dreads alot so assume your black
african hair survives more dread abuse then any but except for natural african dreads they also tend to use very risky abusive methods to tame the tiniest tiiest ammounts of loose hairs african hair naturaly dreads shorter tighter and with less loose hairs but its ingrained by salons to think that 1 lil curly hair on the scalp will make you look bad so you have to suchk these in with interlocking or twisting
does this sound familiar? have you been doing his?
this is why they are breaking (most likely judging by how lil i know of yoir situationbut with all ive leared this is the most common causes)
solution..stop everything yoir sdoing
the thin weak ones threattening to break wrap with a neighbour (do not tuck it thru the roots! wrap hemp to combine them) or put a bead over the 2 or just dont seperate or touch at all till they fuse
though i usualy recomend letting them fuse in he case of such weakness it might be best to force enm ti combine by beading them togethercion
thanks a millon so i can the movie on youtube under what name
iriesoaringeagle but both are here in our vids on this site but what have you been doing to your dreads?
still need that info to know why theyre breaking
