Hey there, 2 weeks of neglect

For the past 2 weeks i have just left my hair i have 2-3 inchs long it is curly and when longer it goes into a lose afro. i had dreads when i was in high school but i had to cut them of due to the build up of wax and they just looked awfull (dread head product done in a salon). ive now decied to go natural, any tips on how to get the best results?

let it grow let it dread seperate if u dont want them too big

dreadings simple

unless u fall for the complicated dreadhead/salon crap and get all messd up

is it like african hair or not ?

only diference being how to kep it healthy

No I have Caucasian hair, lose curls(like ringlets). Id like fat dreads =] So I should just leave it alone no combing just washing every 3 days with baking soda ? sea salt sprays ?. Also when I had dreads before I used to wear a woollen tam to bed and it seemed to knot nicely that was before I started putting wax in=[

big dreads seperate laess only seperate the ones growing over an inch (at the roots)

ea salt can be added ti the baking soda or sprayed on 2 hours b4 u wash ..its optional but helps

wool tam or wool sweater over your pillow helps

if tam severate often cause will want to form 1 big dread if u let it

Thanks for your advice it is appriciated. i will post sum pictures when i notice progress. saw a video on you tube of some guy with one dread hahaha

hes on here oh wait was it the 1 40 foot long or the 1 that was 1 fat dread but only like 8 inches

he startd over if it was the short 1

i know ppl with single fat dreads that dont look bad but it can cause issiues
