I did tnr two months ago and all of mine loosened up and fell out over the past two months. I am now going naturally. My hair is thin, fine and straight and VERY hard to knot.So I think it will take a while for me.
Not sure what type of hair you have but if its wavy or curly it might be better to just let them do their thing naturally. Also, try washing less often and try using the Baking Soda rinse that Soaring Eaglerecommends. Before I started my journey I had to wash every day cause I had oily hair, but after two months, I have stopped using any kind of soap on my hair and I'm down to using the Baking Soda wash one to two times a week. Look in the FAQ and really read it through. There is a lot of great advice there about the process. Your hair WILL lock up on its own. Just forget about it, let it do its thing and in a few months you'll see progress.
Good luck!!
