New to dreads

Hey everyone, my name is Josh . I am new to dreadlocks and everything about them . I have brown straight hair , I was wondering if anyone can give me a good method in order to dread my perticular hair.

Also my hair at the moment is that long , but I was wondering if I am better off starting them when its shorter and letting them grow longer/mature while they age

natural or twist n rip no its better longer long hair dreads faster

just stop combing and conditioning

though it could use more length

But If I want to go natural , It would be better if I started now ? or should I just wait it out until my hair grows out more.

miggt as well start now get your hauir used to the natural process and how u wash it
