First i mix salt and the baking soda together. About a half a cup of salt and half a cup of baking soda. Then i probably use about half a quart of water and then 3/4 of a cup of acv all together. I pour that evenly over my head. I let that sit for about two minutes then i scrub my whole scalp with Dr. Bronners. Once it is evenly lathered. I take my palms and scrub it in. I let that sit for another two minutes or so then i take the cup that i used to pour the ACV and BS and fill it to the brim twice to rinse. For drying, i just take the towel and twist it really tight around my head and then try to soak it up

ok i see alotta mistakes
u do not want to mix bs and acv they chemicaly reacete and create a whole different substance then what you want!
plus your using too much of both
baking sods id use 1/3 cup to a galon
so your using way more then u should
sea salt u want 3.5% so calcumlate 3.5% of a quart and use that much
next pour rthe bs/salt mix on
let it soak 10 min then rinse
skip the bronners all together skip the scrubbing too
after you rinse the bs all out then use way way way less acv
3/4 cups alot i use 1/3 cup to a gallon max often much less
you will want like a teaspoon full per gquart or so till mature
and rinse right away
next dont wrap it up in a towel especialy not tight
just shake it out like a dog then drip dry or sun dry
