i hear this term often but not really sure what it means

congo is a river in theamazon (i think) haha but congo also referes to when 2 or more dreads combine into a bigger dread

thanks. another question, the hair at the nape of my neck has turned into a rat ball, should I be trying to keep it from balling up or is that fairly normal?
