My hair feels sooo good. its light, curly, clean and conditioned. plus my ph balance must be better cause i dont itch or have dandruff anymore.

After my BS rinse, i just poured a small cup of ACV in my gallon piture, diluted it with water and poured it all over my head.

i was fearful to have my hair smell like apple vinegar but it was not smelly at all after a cold water rinse .

well if u cant get apple cider then go for white vinegar, it's a bit stronger though so u just have to lessen the amount.

on the other hand, m having a hard time scoring baking soda here. m in the UAE now and all I can find in the stores is just baking powder. I wonder if i can use it as an alternative to soda?....got tea tree oil but no luck with baking soda... any advice?..wish u all well with your search for acv natasha..cheers

Apple Cider Vinegar has been used for a lonnnnnng time somewhat, and Bakingsoda should be just as easy. is there no drug stores around you? or a fred meyer or wall mart? (as much as i hate the 2nd one)
