seems lil strong on the bs and a lil long but if it works it works i do 1/3 cut and 10 min

I rinse just to get the bs out be4 I dump the acv mix....I have recently stopped rinsing that out because I find that My hair is less dry when I dont rinse the Acv out. Hope that helps

normally i wash in the ocean... but im in nebraska right now XD you could just get a pitcher and pour it over your head :D if you're worried about a strong shower.
