Introducement and needing opinions/Help

So only baking soda and the acv, how often? I sweat often so.. I think it's 1/4 Baking Soda and 3/4 ACV? Right.

So to make things straight.

First I pour the dosage of BS with some water, Dip my head in it(let it be in there for let's say 2 minutes approx) then wait 10 mintues, then do the same but with ACV in it? and after I rinse it out with pure cold water?

u dont have to dip it in just pour it over and the dosage has to be 1 pasrt bs 10 parts water 

and you must rinse out the bs b4 you use acv  and then rinse the acv right away

it is a no touch method so it has that advantage but long term use weakens the hair

What do you mean with 1 parts bs and 10 parts water? Does it matter how much water really?

yes it must be a 1-10 ratio

by 1 part i mean 1 cup to 10 cups 1  mug to 10 mugs  it doesnt matter what  measurement a 'part' is as long as you use 1 of them to 10 of them of water

Okay this is what I do, step by step:

first, get a large container. I use a large pitcher. Pour in about half a cup of baking soda, and then about 5 cups of water on top of that. Mix together. (Like, SE said, it's a 1:10 ratio. 1/2 cup X 10 = 5 cups. :P

Next, jump in the shower. Before you let the "regular" water touch your hair, go ahead and pour the mixture over your head, trying to saturate all your hair completely.

After this, go ahead and take the time to wash the rest of your body while your hair stays saturated in the BS mixture. Take your time.

Theeeen rinse, rinse rinse. The reason you don't want to mix the BS and ACV together is bacause it causes a chemical reaction. (I've used this same reaction to clean clogged drains 0.o)

When you're confident you're BS free, take the same pitcher and make sure it's rinsed out well. Take your ACV and pour about a half of a cap full into it (the cap that is on the actual ACV bottle), followed by about 5 more cups of water. Pour over head, and rinse almost emmediately.

As far as sweating goes, it sucks but you need to avoid washing TOO often if you can help it. My general rule is, if my scalp just feels absolutely gross after sweating, I wash it.

the baking soda acbv chemical reaction is whats used in  sci fair volcanoes to cause an eruption it creates heat, and foam, the end result is, carbonic acid! not what you want, instead when baking soda and water mix you get whats called "soda wash" the bicarbonate soda (baking soda) when in water begins to break down or biodegrade rather quickly releasing gases  so it has a limited use life and cant be stored, so mix it then use it (i soak my hair 1wt then pour it on, i actualy  soak my hair in water, then mix the  mixture and pour it on

the bs mixture breaks down into gasses so it cannotleave residueunless you dont use enoughwater to  break it down

but, if you make it too weak  it exfoliates the scalp turning dead skin into a dead skin paste  or "scalp mud" as some call it  wich happens from making it too weak to completely remove the dead skin

baking soda/acv is  a deep cleanse its very strong and super cleans, but its alwso rather harsh on the hair long term and after 4 years of using it  my dreads were weak and breaking

so i switched to dreadlockshampoo.com and now they are strong and healthy

id use the bs/acv  onlytill its starting to dread then switcyh

although u can usethe liqiud dreadlockshampoo from the start if u scrub only the scalp notthe hair

Alright , Got it , What should I do if the tips(end) of my hair starts to like twist and look like they're getting weak?

twist nothing if they are getting weak and the hair breakseasily switch to dreadlockshampoo  and stop using baking soda
