Request for help dreading

Hello my name is Raheem, I am seeking someone to help dread my hair. I was referred here by soaringeagle. I am looking for someone to help dread my hair using the TNR technique (no crotchet or wax). Obviously I am willing to pay someone to compensate them for their time. I live in the bronx, NY and travel back and fourth to Philadelphia nearly every other week (for work), so I am looking for someone that is located in either the Bronx or Philadelphia (or located close to either location). Let me know if anyone has any credible recommendations, it would be much appreciated, thanks.

stop combing let it section itself then tnr the sections
