just the oposite and i wsas talking about the crowd od dreads on your hgesad

with jobs ui have 1 aqnssd only 1 legqal defence of dreads thaqt they are spiritual in nature

all spiritual or religios dreads are njatural

if u mainr\tain or create them ie haveuniform dreads then they have every rightto saty cut them comb them cover them or harm them by wax or hook

but if they are natiral and spiritual they cannot tell you to sdo anything to thenm

besides

a recent poll showed that those with unmaintained unique natural dreads that werre not uniform had less then 5% unemployed thjose unemployed were mostly disabled or retired there were a few looking for jobs but not many

of those with maintained and uniform dreads 65% were unemployed.. thats no typo 65%

the v ery fact that they had maintained made them more likely to not get a job

i onpy apply for the jobs i really want tho i have never tried just getting a job i alwsays only apply for the job i want most and have gotten it every time

not to mention thatdreads are extremeky common theyt are really everywehere u look maybe in a small town you dont see many around u but turn on the tv in most comercials in almost every tv show eveery video game every movie u go to a 5 star hotel and both the valet and doorman are likely to have dreads as well as 2 or 3 other emoloyees hell the cop asking you if he or she can search your car for weed mighthave dreads

in the city its really hard to go more then a block withoit seeing dreads

the fact that ther4e are even any uniform dreasdsproves theyt are getting far too common if theyt were uncommon thered be no uniform dreads whatsoever

but because they are so common theresthousands and thousandas and thousands of salons dedicated to uniform dreads

uniform dreads are exactly like wearing a suite and toe every day all day

just a way to blend in look like everyuone else

and look like tyou caere far too much whgat other ppl think so much so thatryour afraid to wear just jeands ands a t sshirt cause your afraid someone might think your too lazy to tie a tie

uneven thickness makes them look real

every dread the same size just makes them look manufactured..fake not like dreads atr all but clearly some imitation of the dread style..just that a style b not something that meansd something and that is exatly why an employer woukldsay would you mind ciutting that

but natural dreads clearky stand out as a dedication something with meaning and an employer only hads to look at you to see that they mean something to you and know that yiud refuse to cut if they even dared to ask you to cut them..they wouldnt dare well very few wiuldnt its not like u dont getr the ocassional asshole but then all you hasve to say is no they have meaning to me

there have been thoyusands of lawsuites against companies that didnt hire a dready and every time a company has a no dreads policy theres always a massive petitiom drive to force them to change thier o=policies

always by those who care about thier dreads enough to stand uop for them

forcing them to be uniforms nit standing up for them or your rights but instead giviung up your rights out of fear fear of looking too much like dreadlocks

jobs care only about thembeing clean and samnitary

to keep themn uniform and free of frizz they have to be left unbwashed for long periods and after a wash each hair tucked in place ..to look clean you have to be dirty

but to dread naturaly the cleaner they are the better andany employee that says something bi=out frizz and yiu say frizz happens because they are washed stops caring about frizz cause they want them washed

ppl with uniform dreads generaly go montrhs between washings ppl with uneven dreads days..

ofcourse thats only an average not a hard set rule just those who want uniform hate washing cause it makes them less uniform andthen they haveto be foerced back into shape
