pimple like bumps around hair line? anyone else?

i dont have hard water. but can u please tell me the exact mix of acv and bs to do a rinse or soak or both

1 part bs to 10 parts water soak 10 min then the acv depends if mature same 1-10 soask 3 minif young use way way way less like a coupkle spoonfulls or so to 1/2 gallon ..very weak and rinse right away
