new! blog catagories

added some code to add blog catagories check it out (and if u dont like the catagories suggest new 1's here or add more if u want)

ah yikes never mind the email i sent out about republishing blog posts and adding catagories apparently the code doesnt give you the option to add a catagory on edit only on new posts so just frokm here on out add a catagorty when publishing new blogs
