Can amy one tell me if I should palm roll. E stylist says palm role palm roll palm roll. But another older more I think experienced lady says dnt palm roll just the em back or tam em any suggestions?

palm rolling?
palm rolling really doesn't do a whole lot for you if anything. It does seem to make them a bit "tidier" for a short time but not long enough to be worth the time, effort, and tired arms! Plus if you over do it I THINK (don't quote me) it can weaken the roots just like overtwisting.
ive nevrer palm rolled in my life and why would u ecver listen to a stylist?
