Thinking to hard again.

By washing your hair every 3 days mean, for example, #1 (monday-wash/Tuesday-no wash/Wednesday-no wash/Thursday-no wash/Friday-wash) or does it mean #2 (monday-wash/Tuesday-no wash/Wednesday-no wash/Thursday-wash)

i wash every 3 days. so i washed on monday then i'll wash again on thursday. don't count the day you wash as day 1.

u dont gotta count its not an exact but if its been a full 48 hours or more since u washed u can wash again or wait another 24 or so u dont have to wash every 56 hours exactly or your hair will combust..

u can wash anytime u want as long as theyve had a bit over 24 hours to dry thouroyughly

just wash when your scalp itches or feels dirty. dont fret about it. just kinda go with it. over a week is too long though! ive had to do that (out of baking soda) and it wasnt cool.
