Water and Baking Soda/Salt

I only have a couple more questions to bother you with haha. Im guessing ACV is apple cidervinegar? Also, at work I have to have my hair back, would having it in a ponytail slow down the process any?

ome yes the looser u tie ut back the better and the more u leave it frree after work the better

also tying em back for most of the day might mean they will b=need seperation far more often
