If you can, i'd recommend washing as soon as you can afterwards. If you swim every day, at least do a rinse and let them dry completely. But getting them wet every day is never a good idea.

Yes. Rinse them out very well before using your normal BS/ACV routine. In such a closed space as a shower, the carbon dioxide released from the reaction of the BS and chlorine can eventually cause health risks. You don't want to expose yourself to that much CO2 in a tight space for so long.

Getting your hair wet is a good thing, but too often will hurt them. The chlorine can eventually degrade theintegrityof your hair, but if you wash it afterwards, you can prevent most of the damage. You might find your hair lighten up over time. If you see swimmers with that bleach blond look, that is what too much exposure to chlorine does to your hair. It'll make it brittle and hard. But washing and rinsing out the chemicals right away helps avoid this.

As they mature, your hair will soak up and hold more water for longer. The only thing you'll want to do differently is to rinse it out longer before your normal washing routine. And then rinse out the BS and ACV a but longer. But that goes for people like me, too, who don't swim
