Everyone's hair dreads differently, so it's hard to say whether or not they look like they should, but what I do know is that if you keep patient and try not to worry about it and give it time, it'll work itself out. Crocheting puts itself right after a while, and wax...well, wax needs a great deal of effort to remove it, so keep trying with that just in case. But don't bother with palm-rolling or anything; the more you touch them, the more you're trying to "fix" them, which means they're on your mind in an insecure way. Try not to even look at them or worry about them. When you look at them after a long time of ignoring them, you'll notice the progress and feel happy

well beyond repair? crochet damage is beyond repair from the mommebnt you 1st crochet broken hairs dont repair but beyond recovery is a diferent story
if they are so weak they break easily is really the mainfactor.. the esxtreme tighteness should loosen they should getmore flexzible and "naturalize" slowly
