okay, so im a male and i have african american hair. very kinky and curly when i leave it alone for a couple of days i get nice little dreads and i decided i want to get dreads but with the comb twist method. im a high school wrestler and this mean i will be bleaching my hair in about a week. so my question is will the bleach affect the locing process in any negative way?

wait what why does it mean your going to bleach cause u wrestle that makes no sense
and why get cob coils if it dreads natueally so easily
and even if u do forse start them comb cpils are for straighter african hair while twists are for kinkier hair
but if your plabnning on gerting them done at a salon..dont do it!

it wont hurt the dreading process but can severely damage the hair majing it brittle african hair already tends to be brittkle anddry bleaching will make it way mor so
then when you twist opr coil you can sna; the sections right off
its not guaranteed to be safe..its a risk
so how important is the bleaching?
is it worth possible dread loss?
if you bleach do not cooil or twust!
if yiou coil or twist do not use wax or anty products and do not ever retwist
i wouldnt bleach if u dont absolutely have to
a d bleaching cause u wrestly in a hs team makes no sense at all
yeah its a thing hs wrestlers do. but its not mandatory so i might not do it. i meat to say i was gonna twist and neglect i just couldnt think of what it was called when i was typing this haha i want to twist to have more of a uniform look to my dreads but i dont plan on retwisting much if at all.
