dread wrap tutorial

there was a great one, but i can't find it anymore : (
can you please send me links to some dread wrap tutorials--hemp wraps, embrodery thread wraps, multi colors, single colors, wool felt wraps. Which ones you love and why. I want to wrap my locks to tame some golfball size tips/ends--so need them to stay in for a few months, but not necessarily become part of the dread. I am VERY interested in wool felt wraps--can someone tell me more about them please--love the way they look, but do they do damage to the lock? Thanks!

id do hemp

wool can leave wool fibers in your dreads

hemp lasts longest

id do a simple spiral i believe its just wrap around tuck under itself i havent done it in years tho so cant remember

ok im remembering i think

1st tye a knot around the base (or where u want it to begin)now stick a finger there wrap over your finger around and under where your finger was pukll tight (finger gives u a gap to stick the hemp through) i think so it gives u a lil spiral ridge lemme see what i can find
