is it bad to wear your hair up or wear hats while you are forming your dreads?

I don't think it's bad. I mean, people even say that it can be beneficial to sleep in a wool tam. I suppose as long as you don't wear your hair up and then leave it then you'll be fine

if u do make siure u leave em free anddown just as much they gotta move after all

i think it makes a few zigzags it wouldnt make if u do it all the time and be careful holding it up wit bands it can pull out the loose hair that help form em
