I Saw Some People Talking About Twist And Rip And Thought It Was Alright To Try It Out Since Im Started On Doing Neglect 4th Week Of Neglect And I Just Thought Id Try To Twist And Rip Some Hairs So I Did Twist And Rip On Some Hair On My Left Side I Didnt Wanna Do It Alot Just In Case It Was Bad To Twist And Rip. But If You Guys Say Its Not Bad To Twist And Rip Then Ill Go Ahead And Do It To Some More Hair. (Like My Bangs, Or The Back.) I Put A Pic To Show The Little Piece Of Hair I Did Twist And Rip Too.(Atleast Tried TNR) Dont Know If I Did It Right But I Tried Loll.Please Tell Me I Didnt Ruin The Progress By Trying This. And If I Did Mess It Up Can I Fix The Mistake?
