I am going to section and start TnR tomorrow :)I prefer thinner dreadlocks--so how big should i make the sections? SE mentioned a variety of 1/4-1/2 inch sections--can anyone else weigh in--I have SUPER thick, long hair and shed many hairs now so I imagine that once my dreadlocks start to mature and hold these loose hairs they will beef up, but how much is any one's guess. Can anyone give me a photo compare of their dreadlocks from newish to mature for size comparison please. Thanks!also aside from breaking what other downfalls to thinner dreadlocks are there?

Make one, grab a tini little bit of hair and youll see how much that does. If it's too thick make the section thinner. Dreads generally end up being the size of the sections
