Would it be good for my dreads to hold my head out of the window while riding in a car? And is it good to be in in windy places?

I wouldn't go as far as to drive everywhere with your head out the window but my hair gets knotty when I'm riding with the windows down and my hairs whipping around.....plus I love the feel of wind in my hair.
I wouldn't make a effort of it but here (and in Florida it's ridiculously hot right now) when I'mg going anywhere but work I let the windows down, you notice your loose hairs fly around more but in some I noticed it helped them bunch up and begin to lock.but like I said I wouldn't do this as a way to encourage anything to form,,,on a side note I think It'd be awesome to drive a motorcycle with your long locks flying behind you :P

Yeah it feels pretty cool. Even though my dreads are really short and not formed all the way
