The bar in question is the peppermint one.

I think it was Soaring Eagle who said I should change up my parting for about 4 months to fix the issue I have. I have been wondering if after the 4 months have passed do I keep have to consciously flip it or can I relax on that?

u can relax on doing it constantly but  since you had an issue in the past i'd still recommend it as common practice

Ok, I'll keep that in mind, in regards to the ingredients in the Dr Bronner's bar soap, since it states that the peppermint bars (the only ones I can currently readily find to buy locally), would it help in tightening up my roots, or would it be better to stick to adding sea salt to Dr Bronner's liquid and or using the tea tree shampoo?

Ok, so I guess I'll have to decide if I want to go with the liquid tea tree shampoo, or go with the bronner's bar soap.
