My favorite antioxidant is elderberry drops. I've searched much information before using it in real life.
I never took antibiotics in my life, because it affects adversely bacterial/fungal balance in the intestine creating a chain of reactions and promoting chronic infections. I started taking drops to help with my blood sugar levels, however, I found that it has helped my sleep and energ levels. This will be a staple in my regimen of vitamins I take for a long time. It’s a bit little expensive but worth it. And there are no sugar (!)
