Are these normal looking dreads for 1 1/2 weeks old?

Hi guy!

So really just looking for opinions on how my dreads look... they are 1 1/2 weeks old in these pics and im not really sure how they are, to quote, "look". They are back combed if that helps.

if you were 600 pounds and decided to workpout and become a muscle bound freak instead of a overweaight person would you expect bulging muscles instead of bulging belly in just a few days?

major changes take longer then that...be patient
