My 2nd journey began with nothing but wash, separate, and rolling. After a few months I crocheted a few hairs but they became tough and pulled a lot so I stopped that real quick. This set got to be just over a year and a half.

I added some pictures of the out process as well (took 4 months of combing)

So I started mine with a few TnR then mostly backcombing. Before i found this site I was also crocheting them. I have stopped that and will just be washing and separating going forward. I can feel the difference of the stuff I crocheted and the new growth that has been dreading. The crochet is hard and no squishy at all, the new growth is a lot softer and squishier. First pic is day one 11/14/2018 and then other is today. Seven months tomorrow :)

well 1st pic looks extremely unconfortanble

like the punk rock days og the 80s when some used rubber cement to create liberty sikes that were permenantly hard and stuiff (and had to be folded down to sleep)  but 2nd photo looks way or relaxed and comfy
