i want dreads, but i dont want dreads that look like dreads
I wanted fake dreads for a while but after being on this site for a few days to a week I completely changed my mind. Now I can't possibly be forced to even touch my hair anymore. I love the natural look now. I especially like loose hair and roots.
Made me think of this quote by Ghandi:Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.~Sums up my dread journey perfectly!What is good for me is good for me and what is good for you is good for you 
I don't see the point in putting down someones hair style just because they like neat/uniformed/maintained/lumpy/natural/frizzy/WHATEVER Personally I love my crazy looking curly dreads but that (IMO) doesn't give me the right to judge how some one else loves their locks or say (YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG!) 
only when someone is crocheting or sticking sharp objects in their hair/eyes etc I think its helpful to maybe let them know they are doing damage....Love to allkimba The Dreaded Shell said:
