Everybodies hair grows. Mine is about 3-4 inch's long but I know they're just going to keep growing. How do you keep them dreaded while your hair is growing? Do they naturally dread togather or is there a process?

It dreads itself. New growth will usually dread in with the old dreads. Some of it will form loose hair but loose hair is good.

except for ripping and separating any hairs weaving themselves into the wrong dread. one beautiful thing about dreadlocks is their simplicity: just wash your hair with residue free shampoo and rip apart the "congos". happy dreading Knottysleeves said:
Exactly what SE and Grey said.
Your new growth will dread by itself... no maintenance needed.
