u could sue them if they do
it doesnt sound like all that great of a job anyways so my recomendation
1 start looking for a bettrer job
2 print that out and present it to them have them sign 2 copies showingthey read and understand it 1 you keep for your records in case you need to sue
3 document every harrassing statement ..and let them see you documenting it if they say your hair looks like a rats nest pull out a lil notepad and write down on (date) at (time) (person) said (statement)
example on 6/12/2015 at 2:30 george my supervisor said your hairs disgustting i dont like looking at it and i think your an embarrassmenmt to the company
when they pull u in to talk about it write down everything said
let them see thatyou are completely prepared to enforce the law andytour rights
