Is it okay to wear a beanie while neglecting?

So its my second week, hair is getting all frizzy and fluffy . Is it okay for me to wear a beanie? or is it recommended that i dont wear any hats?

It is recommended that you wear a tam that will allow your hair to bounce around in loosely, and collect into strands more easily.

yea a good wool tams best but dont wear it 100% of the time let em hang loose just as much as u have em in a tam
