How to use bs mix

I was just wonderin if the bs mix acually helps the dreading process or is it just to clean ur hair.... I normally just use dr bronners... Is bar soap ok to use?

bs will clean and also dry out your hair a bit which encourages knotting. bar soaps are fine as long as you don't have hard water. you'll get residue build up if you do. what i do is mix some bs with my shampoo. the bs helps to dry out my hair and i get the clean i need from the shampoo.

both idf u add sea salt

what bar soap bronners? bar soap your scrubbing and rubbinfg and can undoi progress bs is a no touch no unknotting process
