home made scalp tonic may help grow hair

Ive heard buttermilk stimulates hair growth, but probably not relevant dont know if it would be classified as a detangler or over condition dreadlocks. Anyone know?

If your asking about the oil, you can more than likely find it at any health food stores If you have a credit card, or paypal you can probably grab some online as well!
