Some of you helped me out in another thread I began about using EO's in a spray bottle with water. but, I think it might be better to just add the EO's to my shampoo routine since a spray bottle probably won't be able to reach every part of my scalp as well.
I've done bs/acv before but I only do it about once a month. 2-3 time a week I use my bucks tea tree/rosemary shampoo. to add the EO's to my shampooing process, I was thinking of just getting a pitcher of water, adding the drops of oils I need (currently have peppermint, tea tree, & rosemary) and then just pouring the water/oil mixture over my head after shampooing.do you think this is a good idea?
