Do you ever rinse your hair instead of washing

I was wondering if it is ok sometimes to just rinse and not do a full acv bs wash.

no ..whats the piint..i wash when i wanna wash

i dont bother rinsing

u]i do pour water over head or swim to cool off but not to get clean if u wanna get clean get clean rinsing isnt going to get u clean

In the heat of August, I may rinse my hair with cold and go outside just to cool down sometimes, but it's not necessary. You may as well just wash. But if you don't have time to wash, a rinse will cool you down.

Just make sure you don't get them wet every day

If they are really babies, and dry out super fast, it won't hurt it. But when they start forming knots and maturing a bit, you won't be washing every day. So it's better to start acclimating your scalp to washing less often now
