I used a bar soap the first couple times I washed my hair, but yesterday I used bs rinse. Now my hair is more soft amd silky amd my locks fell out :( All my natural dreads just washed away, leaving only the three tnr dreads I have. Should o use something else?

Definitely sounds like you used too much ACV and/or left it in too long

I used 1/3 cup bs and 1/2 gallon of water. I didn't use acv cuz I read that it was conditioning and I have oily hair. Should I still use it?

How often do you wash? Before your hair becomes accustomed to your regiment, it seems to get oily. After a month or so of a pretty normal routine, that oiliness goes away. Ask Eagle, but I feel lik eyou should still use a tiny about of the ACV just because the BS raises your scalp and hair's pH. If left at that level, you are drying out your skin and hair. Which can causeitchiness. The ACV will reset your pH level

I don't use the acv all the time because it conditions my hair too much.

I just wash ever 3 or 4 days. Whenever I feel oily.
