You could stagger them, use some thread to loosely sew like half an inch of the base of it to another dread, and then put a long bead over the joint, possibly? Just be sure you can easily take out the thread later, and make sure it dries well, so that it doesn't start growing alien life and stuff under the bead. Odin said:
