If you don't feel like watching a video, it's pretty much Dr. Bronner's or Plantlife bar soap, baking soda if I am trying to be thrifty, ACV rinse occasionally, and an occasional spray of sea salt water. That's it. Oh, And I do enjoy a few drops of essential oils in a rinse from time to time, though lately I have been forced to be quite thrifty and just use bar soaps.

I feel like the most thrifty way is to get yourself a big box of BS and a gallon jug of ACV. both will last an age

I was hooked on Dr. Bronners bars for years. I just started using BS a few months ago

I switch it up depending on finances and mood I guess. Both are pretty legit ways to keep the dreads clean.

absolutely. I loved Dr. B's. I just decided to use the US because I wanted to mix my own scents. I still buy there soap for normal use. Plus when you dilute it, it'll last for ever. I've had one of their big bottles for just under a year and I'm no where near even halfway through it
