Hey I had my dreads for a month now and the tips wer coming really loose so I went through them and re twisted and ripped the tips - like the bottom 3 inc is this bad cose I heard re backcombing stop them from maturing just wondering if Thers any harm in this

It will slow down thematuring process, just like re-backcombing will. There shouldn't be any need to do anything besides wash and separate

No need to re do anything. If you try and reTnR them, you are setting back your progress. Plus you don't want your tips to be tight. They'll tighten where they need to (usually about an inch or so from the very tip). The looses at the bottom helps let water drain out so they can dry faster. If they are too tight down there, they will hold water longer and take hours longer to dry
