the acv is a rince used after baking soda not on its own
and its highly customixzable if your dreads are new use very lil a lil splash in 16 oz (which isnt alot only 2 cups so under a teaspoon maybe even only 1/4) if your dreads are old a tablespoon or 2..ri[]oughly the same ammount as baking soda u used
if oily hair use less if dry use more
The rinse is completely customizable. Personally, I used a big pitcher of water and put a splash of acv in it, roughly 20 drops of rosemary, lavender and about 10 drops of tea tree.
Vinegar restores your hairs pH and too much will make your hair too soft so it's completely dependent on your hair type. As SE said, if you are normally oily then don't use much, visa verse. Make a base and then add/subtract as you go to make adjustments.
