Michael, idk if you've found a good thread or not yet. In a big jug, like a gallon milk jug with the top cut open or a juice pitcher (I have a rubbermaid plastic jug). Add 1/2c of baking soda (little more little less you'll figure out as you play around over the next few months) fill with warm water. Add essential oils as you wish. Few drops tea tree oil, Rosemary oil, whatever. Mix up with your hand really well. Pour over your head, leave on 5-10 min. Rub your scalp a bit rinse well (high power shower spray feels great). In same jug 1/4 c or so apple cider vinegar, tepid water add any essential oils you want. I like Rosemary, bergamot and lavender. Pour over, rinse off after a few minutes. Squeeze out, wrap in a towel for awhile then let dry. Hth
