How long does it usually take dreads to form?
Well I don't put the oil on my scalp, I just rub it in my hair to erase the acv smell. 
Maybe that's part of my problem. :D I will try not to mess with my hair too much, and will take your suggestions to heart. Thanks everyone.
y unless u are making the acv way way way too striong there will be no scent after u rinse
how are u mixing the bs and acv
should be 1./3 cup prr gallon and acv way less till mature

Well I didn't start the no 'poo for dreads, I started it because I wanted my hair to be chemical-free. I do 2 tbsp bs/2 c water for "shampoo" and 2 tbsp acv/2 cups water for conditioning. Is it different for dreads? I mix mine immediately before showering. :/

thats a good enough ration its fine but u shouldnt smell any acv after just minutes of rinsing
