How often?

I washed my hair for the first time yesterday and it was a total success. Im very pleased, but my scalp is a little itchy cause i think i might have left some baking soda in accidentally. Anyways, i need some help how often should i wash my hair, and i live by the beach so i go often, is that mean wash it ever time after i go to the beach?

you don't have to wash it but you might want to rinse your hair if you think it's drying your hair too much

i would wash after the beach so u dont stink like fish

and after bakigsoda u should do a very weak acv rinse to reset the ph

U DINT WASH FOR 3 WEEKS ITS NOT SURPRISING U STUILL ITCH HAHA

I have ad fue drops of tea tree essential oil and mentha piperita esential oil in destiled water (20 drops of every essential oil in 20ml of destiled water) and made solution in spray bottle or in bottle with drop plug, and when I have feel itchy, I shaked well and sprayed or aply with drop plug on scalpl. It helps if you feel special itchy. You can add Rosmary too as they say.

They said what I would have'] good luck Chica'] (When I first started, Jamaican mango lime itch stop spray helped a lot, it had tea tree in it)
