i tried a wool sweater on my pillow once and woke up to a huge rash on my face. sensitive skin + wool = not for me.

Would this help if I did the TnR method?

it should work for all dreads. wool helps because it causes friction. friction makes the hair rub together more and ultimately knot. wearing a wool tam to bed will do the same thing. thats what i do.
