My hair has always been fairly oily and i was hoping using baking soda wash etc would help

b4 i dreaded i was using sls petro chemical etc free shampoo and conditioner

and washing every day or 2

now i have read alot of stuff and ive been washing with baking soda with lavender tea tree and rosemary and acv rinse for a few weeks now

most of my actual hair isnt too bad

i made up a thyme tea and sprayed in and left after washing last night

and today my scalp feels oily already! whats the deal

is there anything else i can do to control the oil

does the tea take multiple applications to start helping?

its making my head feel itchy and im trying so damn hard not to itch it or my roots are going to get all messed

pary of it can be diet if tyour that oily go vegartarian nno fried or fatty foods see if that helps alotta what u eat comes out your pores thats why some ppl stink more then others bofy chemistry is affected by diet

a raw vegan diet would be best vut at least a healthy veggit diet low in dairy anrd eggs so your getting a minimal fat content and stear clear of froed foods
