that is if your religios beliefs have "recognized leaders" not all do
and you can always make that case as well religion isnt defined by "groups" but by individuals beliefs ofcourse its easier to defend if you do have a person to sign a pao]per but if yiou dont you can sign \your own paper with a detailed enough explanation and justification
if the earth is your religion the forrest your church the moon and stars your preacher who will you get to sign but you?
and yea if you do it gently to wring out water without excessive twisting at the roots the harms minil=]mal however hairs more easily damaged when wet
thats why seperating when wets easier..its more elastic but breaks easier too (it seems contradictary since stretch would alow for shock absorbtion but it is weaker when wet too)

Paml rolling sooms like it might not be bad to kind of wring out the water from your dreads.. if it was done really slowly?
ps
I asked my local labor board advisor and she said that if i am going to say my dreads are for "religious reasons" i have to have a letter from a recognised religious leader for it to be something they can't fire me for. So i guess they need proof.
